The hotel offered a charming colonial ambiance with great proximity to

the central square, making it easy to explore Valladolid on foot. The staff was helpful and friendly, though the late check-in was a bit inconvenient after our long drive. Overall, a pleasant stay with clean facilities and nice decor.

the hotel might look charming, but the sound carried terribly from the courtyard, making sleep impossible. not to mention, the lukewarm water in the shower was just disappointing. i expected a lovely upgrade for all my troubles but got nothing. how rude! i almost wanted to leave a good review, but just couldn’t bear to.

Staying at La Aurora Hotel Colonial was enjoyable with a charming atmosphere and great rooftop views. The rooftop pools offered a perfect spot to cool off after exploring the area. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable, but the air conditioning had a slight musty smell. The location is fantastic, being just a few blocks from the main square and local eateries. However, the shower setup could use some improvement as it splashed water everywhere. Noise was an issue, especially from the street-facing room, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. I highly recommend asking for a room away from the busy street if you're a light sleeper.

I tell ya, the rooftop was a sight to see at sunset! Just chillin' by those cozy jacuzzi pools after a day out was real nice. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast had some tasty homemade options that hit the spot. Ope, just wish the shower didn’t splash everywhere.

La Aurora Hotel Colonial is a fantastic spot for families! The hotel has a great rooftop with pools, and we enjoyed delicious food there. Plus, it's just a few blocks from the town square and nearby restaurants like X Hanna and La Selva. The location is very safe for walking around, and the rooms are comfortable with all the needed amenities like free WiFi and private bathrooms.

The family room had some humidity and limited space for clothes.

The location is fantastic, and the outdoor pool was a hit with my two teens. We also loved the restaurant on the roof where we enjoyed meals while taking in the views. It made our stay even better to have authentic local food nearby.

In my wife’s opinion, more poolside service would enhance families' experiences.
